Celeste's Ramaki

Can of whole water chestnuts
Pound of bacon, cut in half
Dry Vermouth
Teriyaki sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Place a water chestnut at start of bacon and roll up
Secure with a toothpick
Layer side by side on a baking sheet (spray with cooking spray or line with aluminum)
Soak pan and ramaki with half teriyaki sauce and half dry vermouth

Place in oven and turn several times during baking (careful to avoid fumes from vermouth when you open oven) Ramaki is done when bacon is crispy

Serve immediately
