Celeste's Sesame Tuna and Peanut Noodles

Sesame Tuna
1 large tuna steak
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 inch fresh grated ginger
Sesame seeds, black and white
Black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate tuna steak for 20 minutes
Coat a plate with both black and white sesame seeds and coat tuna on both sides with seeds
Bake in oven on a baking sheet coated with some olive oil for 15 minutes or until desired doneness

Peanut Noodles
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup pasta water
1 inch Freshly Grated Ginger
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1 pound whole wheat thin spaghetti
2 cups shredded carrots
5 scallions, sliced
Sesame seeds, black and white

Boil and salt water for pasta
In a double boiler combine first 6 ingredients, wisk together until smooth and creamy
Once pasta is done, drain and toss with peanut butter mixture
Add carrots, scallions, and sesame seeds, toss together

Serve on a platter with tuna on top of peanut noodles
