4 oz can chopped chilies
4 oz can chopped black olives
12-15 pimento stuffed green olives chopped
2-3 plum tomatoes peeled, seeded, and diced
5-8 green onions chopped
12-16 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup Italian dressing (I use Kens reduced fat Caesar)
Mix first five ingredients.
Wait until last minute to add Italian dressing and cheese or cheese will disintegrate.
Serve with tortilla chips
