Celeste's Fruit Pizza

1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 finely chopped walnuts (pecans work well too)

16 oz softened cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Fruit for pizza; blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, peaches, blackberries, raspberries, mango

To make crust:
In a stand mixer or food processor beat butter and sugar until fluffy, mix in other ingredients
On lightly greased baking sheet, press mixture to all sides
Bake at 375 degrees, 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges, start checking on it around 13 minutes
Cool crust throughly

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together and spread on cooled crust

Top with fruit: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc

To serve, slice with a pizza cuter into squares
