1 medium sized flank steak
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/8 cup soy sauce
Steak Seasoning or salt and pepper
1 bag mixed salad greens
15 strawberries sliced
1 cup candied walnuts or pecans (you can buy these pre-made)
1 cup blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese
2 cups sourdough croutons
1/2 small red onion sliced (optional)
Balsamic salad dressing (any brand will do)
Marinate flank steak in teriyaki and soy sauce with a sprinkle of steak
seasoning or salt and pepper. You can marinate a few hours or overnight.
Grill steak, let rest for 10 minutes and slice.
Toss salad together with dressing and top with steak.
