Celeste's Fettuccine Marco Polo

Ingredients
1/2 stick butter
freshly grated black pepper
2 Tablespoons curry powder
2 handfuls golden raisons
1-1.5 cups heavy cream
2-3 large handfuls parmesan cheese
Fettuccini noodles


Boil noodles
Place black pepper in large saucepan over med heat
Add butter and melt over med heat
Add heavy cream, stir
Add cheese and allow sauce to thicken as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes, stir occasionally
Add curry powder and raisons, stir and cook another 3-5 minutes
Add fettuccini noodles to pan and coat


Serve Immediately.

Note...this dish does not re-heat well, so be sure to eat it all up!
