Celeste's Black Bean Dip

2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 4oz cans sliced black olives
1 4oz cans chopped black olives
6 scallions chopped
3 cloves of chopped garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 limes (juiced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Drain and rinse the beans
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with tortilla chips or serve over a salad or nachos.
