Celeste was born and raised in South Florida however she currently calls Atlanta her new hometown. She attended Florida State University earning a degree in Mathematics Education with a pure math minor. Celeste taught high school for six years and worked in the business world as a pharmaceutical representative for one year. She married her college sweetheart in 2001 and they welcomed a beautiful baby girl to their family in 2004. On leap day in 2008, their second daughter was born.
Celeste grew up in the restaurant business; her mom and dad worked in almost every five star restaurant in New York and Florida. She waited tables in college to help pay for her tuition and considers the time she spent in restaurants invaluable to her career today.
Celeste is a former Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader and while on the squad began to host her very own cooking show. Gridiron Gourmet was created by Celeste as a way to showcase her two loves, food and football. The show features original recipes and football related guests to demonstrate how important a good tailgate is!
Celeste found so much pleasure and joy from Gridiron Gourmet and Cookin on the Diamond, a baseball cooking show spin off, she has created her latest segment. Tailgating Tidbits is a quick segment featured each Saturday at 11pm on The CW 69 during Rise Up Weekly. Tailgating Tidbits combines upscale and trendy recipes with classic tailgating food for any sport. It is sure to be a hit with both women and men.
